The Capsules travel down Route 17 while pursued by police before an altercation with The Clowns.
The Clowns are seen entering Route 17, prompting Shotaro Kaneda, and the combined forces of several biker gangs to enter pursuit, in order to deal with Tetsuo Shima, who hs become the leader of the Clowns.
